These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Prochesta ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the Prochesta platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
No waiver by Prochesta of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Prochesta reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
